Service Agreement:

By engaging with Petalloons' services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Our services are exclusively dedicated to luxury balloon decorations for various events and occasions.

Booking and Payments:

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be made prior to the event date. We accept payments through the approved methods stated on our website.

Customization and Design:

Our luxury balloon decorations are fully customizable based on your preferences. The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding color preferences, themes, and any specific customization requirements.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If the customer cancels or postpones the rentals and décor for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded; however, a credit is issued which can be applied to any future event for up to one year. In the event that Petalloons is unable to provide the Services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or illness, a full refund of all payments received from the client will be provided.

Event Details:

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and location. Any changes to event details must be communicated to Petalloons in a timely manner.

Liability:

Petalloons is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our balloon decorations. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the setup and display of balloon decorations.

Rescheduling:

Petalloons understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Communication:

All communication regarding bookings, customization, and event details should be conducted through the official channels provided by Petalloons.

Intellectual Property:

All designs, images, and content on the Petalloons website are the intellectual property of Petalloons and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
