Petalloons Luxury Event Decor

Thank you for selecting Petalloons to elevate your celebration with our signature Party Ready Package. We are committed to delivering a luxury experience through thoughtful design and reliable service. To protect the integrity of your order and ensure a smooth delivery process, please carefully review and agree to the following terms prior to purchase.

All sales are final. Once your order is placed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstance unless Petalloons Luxury Event Decor is unable to fulfill your order.

• Garland colors and backdrop personalization are final and confirmed at the time of purchase.
   
• No changes will be accepted after the order is placed.
   
• Garland setups range from 6 ft x 3 ft to 7 ft x 4 ft, depending on selected style and space.
   

• Weekend delivery is limited and subject to availability.
  If we are unavailable on your requested weekend, delivery will be scheduled for Friday evening between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
   
• We will call to confirm delivery. You may also contact us at priya@petalloons.com or 925-538-0125.
   
• Delivery is drop-off only. Our driver will not wait upon arrival. The client must ensure a designated, accessible drop-off area is prepared in advance.
   

• The entire setup is yours to keep.
   
• This includes the balloon garland, backdrop, and decorative elements.
   
• You may reuse, repurpose, or dispose of the decor at your discretion.
   
• Petalloons does not return for teardown, pickup, or disposal.
   

• Setup is strongly recommended for indoor use to ensure quality and longevity.
   
• Outdoor use is permitted only with additional weights provided by the client.
   
• Petalloons is not responsible for any damage due to wind, weather, or unsecured installations.
   

• Petalloons will not reschedule, refund, or adjust setups due to inclement weather.
   
• It is the client’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions and determine if outdoor use is appropriate.
   

• The client is fully responsible for ensuring the setup area is secure and safe, especially for events with children.
   
• Balloons can pose a choking hazard to small children.
   
• Petalloons is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from lack of supervision or misuse of the decor.
   

• Once the setup is delivered, no replacements, adjustments, or additional servicing will be provided.
   
• The client assumes full responsibility for maintaining the display.
   

• The client must provide safe and legal access for delivery, including codes, gate entry, elevator use, or special instructions.
   
• Any parking fees or access delays are the responsibility of the client.
   

• If no one is present to receive the setup and no drop-off instructions or space is provided, Petalloons will leave the decor in the safest visible location available.
   
• Petalloons is not responsible for damage or theft once the delivery has been made.
   

• Petalloons reserves the right to photograph the final setup for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes.
   
• If you prefer your setup not be photographed, please email us at priya@petalloons.com at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
   

By completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy. You acknowledge that:

• You agree to the delivery terms, decor ownership, and no-service-after-drop-off policy
